Important note (Consumers only):
This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws. If you are acting as a business customer/entrepreneur, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply.

1 Right of Withdrawal Notice (Consumers only, where applicable)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exceptions / early expiry (depending on the product)
• Date‑specific workshops/live events: For certain services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, no right of withdrawal may apply. Whether this exception applies will be indicated in the respective workshop description/booking confirmation.
• Digital content (downloads) / online courses/memberships: If you expressly consent that we start performance before the withdrawal period expires and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins / access is granted, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of performance.
• Services (e.g., 1:1 coaching) started during the withdrawal period at your request: If you withdraw, you shall pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
