This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws. If you are acting as a business customer/entrepreneur, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply.

1 Right of Withdrawal Notice (Consumers only, where applicable)
Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Note on starting services before the withdrawal period expires (only if relevant)
If you expressly request that we begin providing the services during the withdrawal period, and you subsequently withdraw, you shall pay us an amount which is proportionate to what has been provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
